BRAKKE CONSULTING VIEWPOINT

What an exciting week at the Western Veterinary Congress! The meeting was well attended and we appreciate all the various interfaces we had during the meeting with current and future clients.

It appears that the industry is off to a reasonable start in 2017.  There were new product and services launches from a number of companies at WVC. While these meetings are often dominated by the larger companies, we were pleased to see the increased visibility from several smaller and medium-sized firms.  Our newsletter today also covers agreements and transactions from companies that are not in the news frequently.  We view this as positive for the industry as consolidation of larger firms continues at a rapid pace.

Have a great weekend!

Ron Brakke
