BRAKKE CONSULTING VIEWPOINT

Even while many in the industry are on holiday here is the US, there were a number of company announcements that should be noticed with reasonably high priority. First, two leading food animal nutrition companies announced moves that put them closer to the companion animal markets with some product launches and acquisitions. The announcement by Chewy.com that they are launching the Chewy Pharmacy puts additional credibility into the rapidly shifting pet pharmacy home delivery market.

We encourage you to register for the KC Animal Health Investment Forum in KC on August 21st. This forum allows those attending to observe new technologies in development in need of funding and interface with many of your peers in the business development area of the leading companies. See you there!
