For the quarter, the company reported net income of $20.5 million compared with net income of $6.5 million for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2002.&nbsp; For the fiscal year ended Oct. 31, 2003, net sales were $872 million, a 17% increase compared with the prior year. The company reported net income of $54.1 million for fiscal 2003, compared with net income of $28.8 million for fiscal 2002.
