Significa evitar usar o telefone para uma boa e velha conversa telef\u00f4nica.<\/p>\n<p>Vou mostrar um pouco a minha idade aqui, mas a falta de vontade das nossas gera\u00e7\u00f5es mais novas de pegar o telefone e falar com algu\u00e9m me deixa louco. O artigo diz que as gera\u00e7\u00f5es mais jovens realmente sentem ansiedade ao fazer uma liga\u00e7\u00e3o. Da mesma forma, os obst\u00e1culos que as empresas colocam para impedir que voc\u00ea fale com um ser humano para ajudar a resolver um problema me levam ao precip\u00edcio.<\/p>\n<p>Durante minha vida profissional trabalhando para uma grande empresa farmac\u00eautica, pude ver isso evoluindo. Com a explos\u00e3o do e-mail, os funcion\u00e1rios se comunicaram principalmente por e-mail em vez de por telefone, e isso evoluiu ainda mais com mensagens de texto e ferramentas de mensagens instant\u00e2neas. Um problema que poderia ser resolvido com uma conversa de cinco minutos exigia rotineiramente 10 ou mais mensagens de ida e volta, com a incid\u00eancia de mal-entendidos aumentando.<\/p>\n<p>O telefone agora cabe em algum lugar entre uma mensagem de texto e uma chamada Zoom. Sei que a conveni\u00eancia e a velocidade nos levam \u00e0s comunica\u00e7\u00f5es eletr\u00f4nicas, mas ser\u00e1 que perdemos a capacidade de simplesmente usar um telefone?
