Quando as fun\u00e7\u00f5es de lideran\u00e7a s\u00e3o preenchidas por pessoas &#039;n\u00e3o pertencentes \u00e0 ind\u00fastria&#039;, as raz\u00f5es podem variar, mas geralmente refletem uma necessidade de mudan\u00e7a ou uma falta percebida de talento para a fun\u00e7\u00e3o. Mas a mensagem para alguns pode ser: &#039;que existem carreiras limitadas para mim nesta empresa.&#039;<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9 fundamental entender o processo de desenvolvimento de carreira, que \u00e9 uma combina\u00e7\u00e3o de treinamento formal e etapas de desenvolvimento de carreira bem pensadas. Outra maneira de pensar \u00e9 o desenvolvimento &#039;horizontal&#039; de uma pessoa, por meio da aplica\u00e7\u00e3o cuidadosa e da participa\u00e7\u00e3o em programas de educa\u00e7\u00e3o formal para aumentar o portf\u00f3lio profissional de habilidades e conhecimentos. E o desenvolvimento &#039;vertical&#039; de uma pessoa, proporcionando ao indiv\u00edduo desafios profissionais ao longo do tempo que o empurram tanto do \u00e2mbito da responsabilidade (volume de vendas, reportes diretos, etc.) quanto do desafio cultural, trabalhando em diferentes culturas e possivelmente morando no exterior enquanto assume o papel profissional.<\/p>\n<p>Tudo isso, por\u00e9m, exige um compromisso de m\u00e3o dupla: da empresa e do colaborador.
