Coloquei uma quest\u00e3o a ambos, relativamente ao controlo das decis\u00f5es de compra.<\/p>\n<p>Ficou muito claro que, embora uma evolu\u00e7\u00e3o massiva tenha ocorrido e esteja ocorrendo ativamente, pelo menos no lado do gado, um fator permaneceu como o fator de controle n\u00famero um!<\/p>\n<p>Alguns clientes mais antigos se lembravam dos dias de cr\u00e9dito nas lojas. Bem, os cart\u00f5es de cr\u00e9dito agora substitu\u00edram isso em grande parte. Obviamente, esperava-se que o pre\u00e7o fosse um fator-chave de decis\u00e3o, mas a maioria dos clientes sentiu que, devido \u00e0 transpar\u00eancia baseada na Web, \u00e9 f\u00e1cil garantir\/verificar a paridade atualmente. Informa\u00e7\u00f5es confi\u00e1veis sobre a escolha do produto est\u00e3o se tornando um pouco mais dif\u00edceis devido ao excesso de oferta de op\u00e7\u00f5es e informa\u00e7\u00f5es, especialmente por meio das m\u00eddias sociais. A facilidade de fazer pedidos on-line eliminou parte do tempo gasto na loja, mas todos os clientes concordaram que ainda falavam regularmente com o pessoal do fornecedor.<\/p>\n<p>Fiquei surpreso ao ver v\u00e1rios dos fornecedores regionais ativamente em modo de expans\u00e3o, adicionando pessoas ou espa\u00e7o f\u00edsico. Uma segunda observa\u00e7\u00e3o foi que v\u00e1rias organiza\u00e7\u00f5es estavam realmente se transformando em empresas familiares, onde a pr\u00f3xima gera\u00e7\u00e3o estava se envolvendo mais ativamente na gest\u00e3o e interagindo com a base de clientes.<\/p>\n<p>Ent\u00e3o, qual era a considera\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00famero um para os fornecedores, para garantir que os clientes permanecessem fi\u00e9is; e qual era o pr\u00e9-requisito n\u00famero um do cliente para motiv\u00e1-lo a permanecer um cliente fiel?<\/p>\n<p>Ambos foram alinhados 100% \u2013 simplesmente: CONFIE!<\/p>\n<p>Realmente n\u00e3o deveria ter sido uma surpresa, j\u00e1 que a decis\u00e3o de muitas pessoas sobre como e onde comprar sua comida mudou para pessoas ou organiza\u00e7\u00f5es em quem confiam; e eles est\u00e3o construindo relacionamentos de longo prazo. Ent\u00e3o, por que n\u00e3o suprimentos de sa\u00fade animal?
