Nosso neg\u00f3cio precisava de um sistema telef\u00f4nico \u201cvirtual\u201d que nosso provedor de telecomunica\u00e7\u00f5es anterior n\u00e3o podia oferecer e escolhemos o Zoom, que para nosso modelo de neg\u00f3cios tem sido muito bom.<\/p>\n<p>Ent\u00e3o, eu estava interessado no que Eric Yuan disse ontem sobre o futuro do trabalho h\u00edbrido em um painel de discuss\u00e3o virtual do BoxWorks 2002. Ele disse que o modelo de trabalho h\u00edbrido \u201cn\u00e3o \u00e9 t\u00e3o direto\u201d e que sua empresa de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o por v\u00eddeo \u201cainda est\u00e1 tentando descobrir o que \u00e9 um modelo de neg\u00f3cios sustent\u00e1vel para n\u00f3s\u201d. Isso me parece estranho, que a empresa que facilitou o trabalho h\u00edbrido n\u00e3o tenha seu pr\u00f3prio modelo h\u00edbrido planejado.<\/p>\n<p>Fizemos v\u00e1rias perguntas aos nossos leitores no ano passado sobre o trabalho h\u00edbrido e pensamos que seria interessante relembrar o que podemos aprender. Quando questionados h\u00e1 um ano sobre as condi\u00e7\u00f5es de trabalho nos pr\u00f3ximos 12 a 18 meses, mais de 50% disseram que suas empresas implementar\u00e3o um estilo h\u00edbrido com trabalho remoto e presencial.
