Embora muitas pessoas a quem perguntei desejassem um retorno a esse ambiente, elas tamb\u00e9m foram r\u00e1pidas em apontar as vantagens de acordos de trabalho flex\u00edveis \u2013 especialmente aqueles com longos deslocamentos. E sem d\u00favida o custo da gasolina est\u00e1 substituindo a Covid como uma raz\u00e3o para n\u00e3o ir ao escrit\u00f3rio todos os dias. No final, as empresas e os funcion\u00e1rios chegar\u00e3o a um compromisso adequado que incentive o bom desempenho no trabalho, atendendo \u00e0s novas expectativas para a oportunidade de trabalho remoto?<\/p>\n<p>Outra observa\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 que os \u00faltimos dois anos fizeram muitos de voc\u00eas pensarem de forma diferente sobre como seria uma carreira de &#039;sucesso&#039;. O equil\u00edbrio trabalho\/vida foi realmente trazido de volta \u00e0 perspectiva e muitas pessoas reestruturaram o que est\u00e3o definindo como sucesso. E voc\u00ea? \u00c9 perfeitamente natural parar e ver se voc\u00ea est\u00e1 indo para onde deseja depois de tudo o que passamos. Se voc\u00ea n\u00e3o faz isso h\u00e1 algum tempo, \u00e9 sempre bom parar e realmente olhar bem para o seu equil\u00edbrio entre carreira e vida e ter certeza de que est\u00e1 indo para onde deseja ir.
