Seu plano tem tr\u00eas partes: (1) Definir uma mentalidade e uma cultura ambiciosas, (2) Ativar caminhos e (3) Executar com excel\u00eancia. Mesmo os autores pensaram que eles s\u00e3o atemporais e hol\u00edsticos.<\/p>\n<p>A parte Activate Pathways tem tr\u00eas partes, o que me fez pensar nas empresas de sa\u00fade animal em r\u00e1pido crescimento. Eles s\u00e3o (1) Expandir o n\u00facleo, (2) Inovar nas adjac\u00eancias e (3) Iniciar neg\u00f3cios emergentes. Exemplos bem-sucedidos na sa\u00fade animal podem ser vistos, como a Zoetis expandindo seus principais neg\u00f3cios de parasiticida e dermatologia e passando para o diagn\u00f3stico. Ou o passo inovador da Merck AH no mundo da tecnologia digital animal.<\/p>\n<p>Os autores concluem: \u201cFazer a escolha consciente de crescer cria um impulso poderoso que orienta todo o neg\u00f3cio em dire\u00e7\u00e3o a esse objetivo.
