Eu pensei que o atendimento geral foi excelente e, mais importante, a atitude positiva de nossa ind\u00fastria estava claramente em exibi\u00e7\u00e3o para todos verem. Eu realmente acredito que podemos mostrar grande lideran\u00e7a em ajudar nosso pa\u00eds a passar do estado &#039;pand\u00eamico&#039; para o estado &#039;end\u00eamico&#039;, pois \u00e9 hora de continuar com nossos meios de subsist\u00eancia. N\u00f3s, humanos, somos animais sociais e precisamos da interface \u2013 tanto quanto das vacinas \u2013 para garantir um estado mental positivo para continuar tendo uma sa\u00fade mental e f\u00edsica geral melhor.<\/p>\n<p>Na vis\u00e3o geral da ind\u00fastria de Brakke, durante um painel de l\u00edderes da ind\u00fastria, perguntamos a eles o que mais os preocupava no momento. Uma das respostas consistentes foi a escassez de for\u00e7a de trabalho. Meu desafio para voc\u00ea \u00e9: podemos ajudar a resolver nosso pr\u00f3prio problema e ser fortes embaixadores de nosso setor durante esses tempos dif\u00edceis. At the Brakke Industry overview, during a panel of industry leaders we asked them what worried them the most right now. One of the consistent answers was workforce shortages. My challenge to you is: we can help solve our own problem and be strong ambassadors for our industry during these difficult times. Let\u2019s all go out and help recruit people to join the animal health profession right now. It\u2019s the best profession, in my opinion!
