First quarter revenues also increased 33% from the previous year to $43 million. About half the increase is attributable to the addition of the BioKits and GeneSeek product lines. Neogen&rsquo;s Animal Safety Division led the company&rsquo;s first quarter revenue increase, with sales up 39% to $21 million in FY 2011. Nobivac Lepto4 was also shown to prevent clinical disease.&nbsp; The vaccine is indicated to protect dogs from L. canicola, L. icterohaemorrhagiae, L. pomona and L. grippotyphosa, and is available as a standalone or as a combination vaccine.
