Revenue for the three months ended December 31, 2000, increased to $91 million from $89 million for the same period in 1999. For the year ended December 31, 2000, net income was $36.6 million compared to net income of $32.6 million for the prior year. Revenue for 2000 increased to $367 million from $358 million in 1999.
