Jessica will take over leadership of the Practice Management portion of the company’s activities.  Ms. Lee received her Bachelor of Arts, Magna cum Laude, from Carleton College in Northfield, Minnesota in 1989. She completed her VHMA Veterinary Practice Management Certification and AAHA’s Management School Level II in 2008. She is a current member of VetPartners: The Association of Veterinary Practice Consultants & Advisors and the Veterinary Hospital Managers Association, Inc. As a Certified Veterinary Practice Manager, Jessica has contributed to the success of several individual veterinary practices, most recently at Angel Veterinary Center of Flower Mound, Texas.  She is also the author of several articles on current topics in practice management and has been a speaker at the AVMA and CVMA conventions.  Jessica has particular expertise in veterinary clinic human resources management, marketing a practice’s services to pet owners, and using current information technologies to build a profitable practice.  Ron Brakke, President and founder of the company, comments, “We believe that Jessica’s experience in managing companion animal clinics will contribute to the insights and knowledge that Brakke Consulting provides to its many manufacturer and distributor clients.
