(VCA) reported financial results for the year ended December 31, 1999.  For the year ended December 31, 1999, revenues increased 14% to a record $320.6 million from $281.0 million in 1998. Animal hospital revenues were $223 million and laboratory revenues were $103 million, with $5.8 million in eliminations.  Operating income for the year was $47.0 million, up from $38.8 million in 1998.
